Tell us something that people wouldn’t expect about you?

I have played cricket against international players in the past.

What would be your perfect day?

Starting off with a lie in, waking up in a hot country near a beach. Have a good breakfast (pancakes with bacon and maple syrup) and do some exercise. Then I’d love to spend the rest of the day sunbathing on the beach, followed by an evening meal at a restaurant on the beach, whilst watching a sunset. To finish the evening off, I’d love to sit by a firepit with family and friends, having a laugh.

Who was your idol growing up?

My cousin, Laura, who is basically like a sister. Growing up, she dealt with so many challenges, including my aunt’s health, and Laura always dealt with them with so much strength and grace. Even at the times when she was going through the greatest challenges, she would always be there for my sister and I. She’s extremely caring and so resilient. When I was growing up, I always looked up to Laura.

What are your favourite and least favourite foods?

Favourite – A good teppanyaki – it’s a show and great food, all wrapped into one.
Least favourite – It will be an unpopular one, but for me it’s cheese.
