Kind Wealth had an excellent Q3. This summer saw us welcome two new additions to the family – Emily Hopkins join us as a level 4 diploma qualified adviser from Cardiff and Andrew Bretherton welcomed his new daughter, Lola – welcome and congratulations to the, both.
Based in Cardiff, Emily will help to expand our services into Wales. Emily has joined us from another advisory practice and is a great fit with our growing team. Emily worked as an advisor for 7 years at Barclays before branching out and working as an independent adviser.
Something we wanted to flag up with our clients is the rapidly approaching staging dates for the auto enrolment scheme. The last of the scheduled staging dates of small businesses are fast approaching and for the businesses with a small number of employees this is something that has either been forgotten or time has just crept up on them. We’ve had a few panicked telephone conversations, but I want to assure you there is still time and Kind Wealth can help by assessing the workforce, discussing the types of arrangements the client can put in place, helping set up the scheme, provide communication to the workforce, liaise with payroll to ensure everything is running smoothly all the way through to completing the declaration of compliance. Should you know someone that may require some assistance with auto enrolment, please contact Charlotte on firstname.lastname@example.org
In Q4, we are concentrating on building up our professional connections. Part of our ‘getting to know’ our clients includes asking if up to date Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorneys are in place. On average we are seeing at least 2-3 clients a week that require some form of legal assistance. We are now looking to build a lasting working relationship with a solicitor firm to help us ensure our clients are protected. If anyone would like to get to know how we work with our clients at Kind Wealth or are interested in building up this great relationship, please get in contact with email@example.com
