WCCC Members Discounted Advice Fee Scheme:
Applicants must be 18 or over.
No cash alternative will be offered.
The mortgage advice fees that you will pay will depend on the type of advice that you receive, which is based on your individual circumstances:
If mortgage or remortgage advice: £350 is paid at application stage.
If product transfer advice: £175 is paid at application stage.
Mortgages: For the individual to receive the discount, a mortgage application needs to be submitted.
Financial Planning: For the individual to receive the discount, they must proceed to receive advice.
The financial planning fees that you will pay will depend on the type of advice that you receive, which is based on your individual circumstances. Any fees will be confirmed to you in advance of us completing any chargeable work, and we will obtain your signed authority to proceed before completing chargeable work.
The beneficiary of the discount has to be a WCCC Member or a family member of a WCCC Member. The WCCC Member has to be an active member on the day the first meeting or call is booked.
A family member includes a person’s parents, spouse, siblings, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether connected by birth, adoption, guardianship, marriage, civil partnership or cohabitation.
The beneficiary of the offer has to notify Kind Wealth that they are a WCCC Member or a family member of a WCCC Member.
The offer cannot be transferred to anyone else.
The cost of the advice discount is a maximum of £1,125 per head for financial advice.
